Since December 2021, “The Hearth” invites the renowned singer-songwriter Vicky Fung to curate a series of performances titled “the making of ME”. The past three concerts have explored the idea of identity and what it means to us at different stages of life. In September, story-teller Chow Zip will return with three distinctly unique singer-songwriters; together they will continue the journey of self-exploration, and embrace the vulnerability that constitutes their essential selves.
“the making of ME”

Independent artist Zelos Wong was once afraid of his true self. Going through the pain of losing his partner, Zelos came to understand that even masculinity has its vulnerable side. He decided to face himself unreservedly, and this is the first step to embrace the delicate side of himself.
Singer-songwriter iii is known for her unique and artistic musical style. Behind her tough and composed image, iii once worried about being stereotyped as a particular style of musician. She is determined that her music must not be defined by how other people perceive her.
