The Chinese Library proudly presents the "Dragon Menu," a winter dining experience that embodies the essence of family reunion. Crafted by our head chef, Junno Li Zhenlong, whose name symbolizes the dragon in Chinese, this menu celebrates the cherished memories of togetherness. As winter and the new year bring families closer, Junno's creations evoke the flavors and warmth of these special moments while paying homage to Junno's hometown and his childhood memories, also creating a connection that resonates with many Hong Kongers.
